Find my cookbooks in my bio 👀💖 - ✰ 16 oz ground chicken breast (turkey breast works too) - onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, ground ginger, salt & pepper ✰ 6 low fat mozzarella sticks ✰ 1 cup corn flakes cheese (this is about how much the sticks absorb - I recommend crushing extra so it’s easier to coat) ✰ 1/3 cup hot sauce ✰ 2 tbsp honey 1. Separate ground chicken into 6 equal pieces. 2. On plastic wrap, flatten one piece of chicken, add cheese stick to middle then fold over plastic wrap. Seal edges of chicken and make sure no cheese is exposed cause itll ooze out if not. 3. Coat chicken sticks in cornflakes. 4. Air fry at 400F for about 12 minutes or until golden and internal temp reads 165F. 5. Mix honey and hot sauce (microwaving for 30s makes this easier). 6. Dip chicken sticks in hot honey. 7.
