Here’s how it works: 1.Graphify scans your entire project once, on your own machine, and maps every file, function and connection into a knowledge graph. 2.That map gets saved to graph.json inside a new graphify-out folder. 3.One more command tells Claude to check the graph before it goes hunting through your files. 4.From then on Claude asks the map where things are instead of searching for them.
