My dog walker is £10 too and she’s brilliant, reliable and loves my dog as much as I do.

I don’t get how you can be any better of a dog walker than anyone else

you can't look inside someone else wallet. maybe money is tight at the moment. having a dog walker is a luxery not everybody can or want to afford. it's not a like you need to have one. maybe show some compassion. you ask that much because you need to make a living right? same goes for the person on the other end of the arrangement.

can confirm my grandmas dog is happier with the more expensive walker. her old walker just had them in her house all day, my grandma didn’t find out til one her dogs passed away.

our walker charged more and no matter what she charged we would've stayed with her she was absolutely amazing and adored our loki, only reason we left was because loki crossed the rainbow bridge but she was just as broken as we were she even came and gave him a few extra free walks just to spend time with him before he was PTS

I think 10 quid is reasonable.....and if you're walking 5 6 dogs a hour not bad is it....and if like most will pay cash.....well we all know about the taxman

I’m a firm believer that if a professional charges less than minimum wage then you’re gonna get less than minimum effort

I don't understand people having a dog if they don't walk it themselves. It's the reason I don't have a dog. With work it's a big commitment...

Idk I’m from America so maybe I don’t get it but a lot of the times people literally hire 10-13 yr olds as dog walkers. It’s an easy quick paying job that’s good for some side cash. I myself at 19 do dogsitting for 25$ a day. It’s simple and easy

My best friend charges 10-15 pound and she does great walks. Takes them in our local river for a dip takes them in loads of fields and different places even took one to Starbucks for a pup cup. Just cause ppl charge less doesn’t mean there any less good then the ones who overcharge she just loves walking dogs x 🤍

£10 an hour? Ok but you’re walking multiple dogs at once? So walking 3 dogs you get £30? I’m in the wrong profession
