I layed on my aunts mat…at first it hurt a LOT, then it felt like my back was bleeding and warm then it calmed down and I felt like I could sleep on that mat lol 😭

If you’re someone whose feet hurt. This definitely helps. I like to stand on mine for relief 😌 anywhere you’re sore or in pain I swear it gets rid of it the next day
