@nbcphiladelphia: Phillies fans gathered in force on Tuesday for the Rally for Red October Bus Tour, sponsored by Toyota. The bus stopped at City Hall and Comcast Center Plaza early in the day. At 10 a.m., the excitement started at City Hall as the bus was at the north apron of Dilworth Plaza facing Broad Street. From there, the Phillies Rally for Red October Bus Tour set off for Eastern State Penitentiary at 2027 Fairmount Avenue. Then, the Phillies Rally for Red October Bus Tour was headed to Garage Fishtown, at 100 East Girard Avenue. Once the rally bus has passed by, it will be time for the opening pitch of the National League Wild Card Series in Atlanta at 2 p.m. @Miguel Martinez-Vall
