This sounds like my job, they bought high end cameras installed them on the old lines that fried them. Then replaced the lines but cheap cameras up that went out in a couple of months.

I just saw a GF layout something similar in a data center. only in my case there were 35 smoke alarm stubs occupying the same spot as a giant pipe run of multiple 4"s,3"s and lights. I brought it up and was on the first crew to get cut. been with the company 21yrs. new GF new Super. now number 3 and 4 on my purge list.
