Wow it means so much to me that you shared this. I also spent many years in deep deep depression (those memories are quite literally shrouded in darkness whenever I recall them) and I so relate to being unsure and not even being able to shower. I understand having that self hatred but trying to ignore it because you fell down the manifestation rabbit hole. Sending you love ❤️❤️❤️

I swear to GOD the first part is me and I’m still in that slump and it’s worse cause I know I’m so self aware too and what to do.. I just haven’t or do it very very slowly and I procrastinate argh but I wanna change but sooo much has been going on. But I want to end the loop and go on slowly to live the life I deserve I even put away LOA (anxiety) I but I suspect it’s something deeper I haven’t been seen yet but agh. But thank you for sharing this Robin 🫶🏽 and I’m sorry to hear you were feeling/went through these things idk if my words mean much but I will always support you and your page no matter how busy I get you’re a good person and just overall kind and I immediately connected to you because it felt comfortable because you made that comfortable space on this page. I understand social media is completely different in person but I hope my words mean something because I truly mean it !! 🩷

Thank you so much for sharing this incredibly vulnerable story. People in this community very often forget that coaches are still human and go through shit. I can personally relate to rereading old journal entries and it feeling like a distant cousin, it’s a pretty incredible feeling to be at a place where that mindset feels so foreign to you 🤍
