If I had to make my first $1,000 with AI in 30 days Here is how I do it. If I had to make my first $1,000 with AI in 30 days, this is the offer I'd sell and the plan I'd run. No promises on the money: nobody honest can give you one, and results depend on your skills, your market and the work you put in. Just the plan, and what I'd charge. The tools cost money too. The offer: an AI front desk (an AI receptionist / AI chatbot) for a local service business. It sits on their website, answers customer questions day and night from the business's own information, and when someone's ready to book, it takes a name and a phone number and sends the lead straight to the owner. The 30-day plan: 1. Week 1, pick one niche. Roofers, plumbers, salons, just one kind of local business. They all get the same questions, so you build the AI agent once and reuse it. 2. Week 1, build a demo before you talk to anybody. Pick a real business in that niche and pull their public website pages with Firecrawl (public pages only, nothing private). Load that into an ElevenLabs agent, and it answers from their own site by chat or by voice. Test it with 30 questions a customer would ask, fix what it gets wrong, and make sure it says so and takes a number when it can't find an answer. Skip the logo and the domain name. 3. Week 2, ten businesses, ten demos. Start with the ones you already know. Say it's salons: your cousin's salon, the one your sister won't stop talking about. Send a one-minute screen recording of their front desk answering their own questions:

Send a one-minute screen recording of their front desk answering their own questions: "I built this on your website. Want it live?" Most won't answer. Keep sending. 4. Pricing an AI service: I'd charge a $500 setup fee plus a small monthly fee, because the tools aren't free and somebody keeps it updated. Then ask the owner one question: what would it cost to pay a person to answer your website every night and every weekend? Next to that number, $500 makes sense. Two setups is the $1,000, before your tool costs. 5. Week 3, the sales calls. Fifteen minutes each. Let the owner ask their demo anything. Then promise only what it does: every question answered, any hour, and every lead in their inbox with a name and number. 6. Week 4, delivery. Add the chat widget to their website with one code snippet. Write the rules with the owner: it says it's an AI, it never quotes a price that isn't on the site, and complaints go straight to a person (human in the loop). After a week, send a short report of what customers asked and every lead it caught. If you own a small business, build it for yours first. That's your demo. All of this needs the build skill first: the AI automation, the AI agent, the knowledge base. If you can't build that front desk yet, your 30 days start the day you can. This is a starter offer for anyone thinking about an AI automation agency, freelancing with AI, or adding AI services to an existing business, for home services, trades, salons and other local businesses. That's the selling. The build is where my community comes in: the front desk built from a business's own website is a full lesson in there, along with the AI inbox system and proposals made from your meeting notes. Eight courses, from the very basics to that front desk. If you're interested, the link is in my profile. #aiagency #aiautomation #aiagents #aireceptionist
