N O T believe it or not,I used to have to cough like this every five minutes for about the first year after coming home from the hospital.my parents took care of me at home and learn how to be respiratory therapists and nurses.i would go so far as to say they both had more knowledge and skills than the average hospital worker! we were tired to train all my caregivers so that now I am able to live independently with a team that are competent.i've been sick the past week and my oxygen has not been great,so it's been humbling but I'm reminded how far I've come because this is how I used to be all the time, coughing and stuck at home.the good thing is my spasm have been minimal because I'm so tired ...and I've been taking DayQuil,it might be calming my body or assuaging pain all over my body, because usually my spasm are awful,I slept really well last night,due to a combination of magnesium powder,half of an edible DayQuil 😄...is this the magic formula to not jump around all night in my sleep?? #disability #respirtory #respirtoryfailure #quadriplegia #viral
