this is me, the boss has decided to shake things up by adding more work to plate and said that the other dept is under staffed with 2 people while ive been in my dept for 2.5years alone having to do everything by myself while still learning how to do my job, implementing changes to make things run smoother was told I could get a raise 2years ago haven't got it and now the boss is saying again that ill get a raise. im already looking for another job

yup I don't know if I can work for Samson any more they never pay well like living wage it's was always low .now they can't but I still feel my certificate is worth more then 16 hr for custodian work . started at 9.50 ended with 14 bucks hr in 15 years then have ppl hate you because they think your making them look bad maybe so but was there to help only not create a separtists quagmire

I felt this deeply. My supervisor is one who believes the group rather than the individual. The group has issues with the individual, tells the supervisor whatever, and he believes them before even asking the individual.
