trust me very soon EPRA wanakuja na maneno.. they've started by licensing solar installers.. that if your solar is not installed by a licensed technician they charge you .. going forward they'll start charging you.. Wameanza na borehole, if you own a borehole now they instal a metre to collect money from whatever you sell.. in few years they r coming for solar users
