I used to work at Apple and I can tell you we’re pretty thorough before we hand that phone to the delivery person. On top of that, if there’s any issues, we know exactly who took the phone from us, AND we have the IMEI number if they try to swap it somehow. Definitely more secure than a DoorDash delivery 🤣

He probably didn’t understand but also I work for this similar company and we are not allowed to accept the customer opening anything until we have the payment and signature ! I’m sorry he didn’t communicate well but he’s also trained for signature and then that package is all yours!

I do believe Apple delivery drivers are different than other apps. They have to go through a background check, and build up a trust with the company before delivering anything of this expense. (Usually starting with cases, up to AirPods or electronic accessories, then finally phones and laptops.) But I still recommend checking your package before they run off just to be sure

Baby u don’t get a ”good experience” at the store either, they just ”throw” the phone at you and then on to the next customer. They didnt even give me a bag, i had to ask for one 💀
