@skinnyfatethan: 201 8/3/26 vs 189.2 9/29/26 (8 week transformation). Eight weeks ago I was probably in one of the lowest points I’ve ever been in physically and mentally I had just come off of binge eating four days in a row. I felt miserable couldn’t stand how I looked in the mirror and honestly, just didn’t wanna face it. I was essentially destroying my life and letting comfort take complete control over me. While I still struggle now with temptation and always will, my mind has grown much stronger in these past eight weeks and that is because of and only because of the glory of God, as well as others that have motivated me along the way such as @Nick walker @tonytonylifts, @gonz.julien @daveon.08. seeing the intensity that they bring day in and day out to their training, as well as dieting inspires me to push more and to be present in these moments of my life. When Nick Walker had talked about the fact of winning Mr. Olympia and to not believe any of the negativity or ideas that people present and say to you, it makes me realize that I can change and that I don’t have to continue being a man I don’t want to be. All glory to God. #gym #GymTok #glorytogod #fitnesstransformation #physique
