lowk it might be the way ur styling it the roots r like way to flat bcs of the shortness at the top ofc but i think if u try a claw clip n stick it in your roots that r flat only then pull it up it'll make it more even in volume and lowk it might help to do some typa front bang with it once u loosen n js shake up the roots so it wont be all om the sides

I went through the same thing, I had to cut in to a bob cut. Take biotin, use Head & Shoulders Tea Tree, and use a Clarifying shampoo; although they’re expensive, the Beyoncé hair drops.

I got a curly cut, but I grew it out in a year. I don’t know what y’all are doing. I think you need to try some rosemary hair oil cause that’s what helped for me, but I don’t know everyone’s hair is different.

This is not b/c the curly cut, but more so your hair care routine. I was in your shoes two years ago. Find a beautician to trim your hair when it’s straight every 2-3 months. Also make sure you are doing routine protein treatments based on your specific hair needs.

If you feel like your hair is not growing and you got a cut that long ago. Most likely you need a new routine. Your hair is growing but your ends are breaking off. In order to grow curly hair you have to have a consistent routine that puts moisture in to prevent breakage

As a stylist that does curly cuts I think the problem is how the cut is being done. I have curls also so I shape it and check that the length is accurate. I’m also honest with my clients some of these cuts have a beautiful shape curly but the growth process with all the layers if you want to straighten it can be hell. I’ve seen stylist just shape curly hair in a poof so it looks good natural but then it may not be even at all. Also some stylist just don’t have growing hands. Every client whose hair I have cut has grown twice as much when they return then before being in my chair. Everyone doesn’t care about the client some just want the money.
