@jimsonjaat: The Reality of Erin-ile Federal Road A 30-minute (shorten to 13 minutes video) drive through the Erin-ile Federal Road in Oyun Local Government Area of Kwara State captures the deplorable condition of the major route and the hardship it continues to pose to residents, motorists and other road users. Germany-based Nigerian businessman and APC chieftain, Chief Muritala Awolola, popularly known as Omo-Osa Jehun, has appealed to the Federal Government, particularly the Minister of Works, David Umahi, to urgently intervene and rehabilitate the road. Awolola, an indigene of Erin-ile, also called for the urgent rehabilitation and expansion of the Erin-ile Bridge near Erin-ile Garage, which he described as a safety concern for motorists. While commending the Federal Government's infrastructure efforts and Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for his commitment to road development, Awolola urged that the Erin-ile road should not be overlooked.
