wow, yes. she is so right. I got really sick 1.5 years ago, and the amount of "guilt" that came with the fatigue was so heavy, it was practically "shame".

I've been seeing this discourse a lot sorted the black community specifically, we are pushed a narrative to be excellent, work twice as hard, and never stop because you'll be left behind. Though these sentiments are true and can be beneficial, we are never taught to just be and live and enjoy what you have for as long as you have it- I love that this was her topic
