It makes me cringe to watch brothers be so chummy with officers and conversational like you are old golfing buddies. Nice car. Don't respond. Respond to the falling asleep question. You didn't need to tell him your business as YouTubers or anything else. Its only extra information that he can gauge to see if can be used against you. Anything that can elevate his standing within his division for an arrest or ticketing to put him further up on the promotion list.Hand him all documents he is asking for...comply with exiting the vehicle. Keep it brief.
