The cake itself maybe Thursday chilled till friday and assembled frosted/decorated Friday. OR baked Friday chilled overnight then assembled frosted/decorated Saturday morning

Well in my opinion….IF I’m hiring a baker to make my cake then I’m trusting you to know your job to know when you need to bake it and I need to keep my opinions to myself because if I want it done a specific way then I should probably learn to do it myself 💁♀️the same people complaining here are the ones yelling in the fast food driveway that they want their order fresh…. But ready by the time they drive to the first window 💁♀️

I would think the cakes are made by Wednesday. So you have time to cool and decorate. Completely done and decorated by end of day Friday.
