@invisacook: This is how invisible induction actually works. With Invisacook, the induction system is installed beneath the ceramic countertop, so the surface itself isn’t what cooks the food. Place the steak directly on the countertop and nothing happens. Place it on the InvisaMat and still nothing happens. The real action starts when compatible cookware is placed over the mat and the cooking zone. The hidden induction system transfers energy directly to the pan, which is why the steak only begins to sear once it’s inside the cookware. The InvisaMat sits between the cookware and the ceramic surface, helping define the cooking area while the induction technology stays completely hidden underneath. No visible burners, no traditional cooktop — just the cookware doing the heating. That’s the idea behind invisible induction: countertop, mat, compatible cookware — then cook. A cleaner look, more usable space and a completely different way to think about the kitchen. The kitchen in this video is made with Dekton by Cosentino @dektonbycosentino, a premium material known for its exceptional durability, sleek design, and high-performance properties. #invisacook #invisacook_europe #invisiblecooktop #DektonbyCosentino #steak

Since she didn’t explain anything…. Induction is magnets. Below the counter top is the “stove” that is tuned on. However, it needs magnets to actually produce heat. When she puts pans that are magnetic over where the burner is, the pan heats up. The counter top is not magnetic, so it does not heat up. Induction only heats the parts where that magnetic connection is happening, so even the sides of the pan won’t be hot, only the bottom. As soon as the pan is removed, the magnetic connection is broken, thus there is no heat.

It’s magnets. I’ve used these they’re very good HOWEVER! They make a horrible high pitch noise and I’m pretty sure of it’s on and your phones on there it would ruin them.
