When i do cook for myself, I love it. I don't have to worry about anyone else's likes and dislikes. It's all about me and what I love!! I spend a lot of time worrying about everyone else!! That one meal, is about ME!!! You'll eventually learn to love it, just a little. 😊❤️

I agree about cooking for 1. My husband had a heart attack, stroke (and kidney cancer). He has been in the hospital for 5 weeks. I cook for one - sometimes I just eat 1 meatball because that’s all I need.
