As a kid we used to swim in flash floods like that.. jump in at one point l, get washed down river swim out then walk back up river and jump back in again. We even got the police called on us.

You never know how fast the water came in. He could have been driving through and got a rush of water that took his vehicle out. Poor thing!

we didn't see the water once and landed in a wash. nothing as strong as this but it was terrifying. it's disgusting that all these people are just talking about bills when this man was in life or death situation. may they never find themselves in a situation like this
