HELLO ASHHHH, i think u probably saw it already while researching for this video, but I'll say it anyways cause who knows. In the original recipe she makes her brigadeiro with corn starch and no chocolate and butter from what I could see, and I believe those changes help the filling keep a less liquid texture while baking, since there's less ingredients that melt under heat... that's just me guessing tho lol. SIDE NOTE I LOVE UR RECIPES AND VIDEOS BYEEEEE

ash theres a really good romanian dessert recipe but all of them are in romanian, search "chec recipe" it basicly like a brownie or cake thing that is really good and usually eaten around christmas, if you make it I hope you'll like it

hey ash i’ve been wanting to ask u for so long but never got the time to but do u think u could try a cake NOBODY has EVER made possibly never even thought of? So basically i call it ✨pistachio mirage✨ so it consists of a soft pistachio sponge soaked in masala chai milk, layered with white-chocolate chai ganache and lightly salted guava jam, then covered in creamy pistachio frosting and finished with crushed pistachios, dried rose petals and a sprinkle of flaky salt

ash i don't think the original has brigadeiro in it, but if you reaally want it, try to make the balls and cover it in flour, then you put them in the batter. as you noticed, brigadeiro normally melts in the stove.
