Then, in a bowl, add the rice, onion, tomato, parsley, cilantro, dill, pomegranate molasses, spices, salt, tomato paste, and minced meat. Mix well. In a medium-sized, deep ovenproof dish, add a layer of eggplant, then the rice, and finally another layer of eggplant.
