RESEP BROWNIES by @Rum's kitchen – Bahan-bahan Bahan A: 3 butir telur 180 gr gula pasir 1/2 sdt vanili Sedikit garam Bahan B: 150 ml margarin cair/minyak (suhu ruang) 65 gr cokelat bubuk (cocoa powder) Bahan C: 85 gr tepung terigu protein sedang/rendah – Cara Membuat 1. Campur Cokelat & Margarin: Aduk rata margarin cair/minyak dan cokelat bubuk di wadah terpisah hingga halus dan tidak ada gumpalan. Sisihkan. 2. Mixer Telur & Gula: Kocok telur, gula pasir, garam, dan vanili menggunakan mixer berkecepatan sedang-tinggi hingga gula benar-benar larut dan adonan sedikit mengembang pucat. 3. Masukkan Cokelat: Kecilkan kecepatan mixer ke tingkat paling rendah. Masukkan campuran margarin dan cokelat bubuk, lalu mixer sebentar hingga rata. 4. Masukkan Tepung: Ayak tepung terigu, masukkan ke dalam adonan. Mixer kecepatan rendah sebentar saja atau aduk balik pakai spatula sampai tepung tercampur. Jangan overmix. 5. Panggang: Tuang adonan ke loyang yang dioles margarin dan dialasi baking paper. Panggang dalam oven yang sudah dipanaskan pada suhu 170°C–180°C selama 25–35 menit.
