If they retry her they’re gonna lose the case altogether. And Reddington let them know by saying what he said. He let them know how he’s gonna move forward if they have another trial. That’s why I think the judge didn’t make a decision & is gonna sit on it. Also judge Sullivan retires in June.. I don’t think that was a coincidence when red said he isn’t available til June 😏

the first case was such a hard job for Reddington, you have to simultaneously argue that she didn't do it, but if she did she was under psychosis. for example, no finger prints on the knife; if you argue a person under psychosis wouldn't wipe down the knife, you're arguing that she wasn't in psychosis, not that she didn't do it. the trail should have been bifurcated, like Reddington asked for.
