@thebodycoach: This week I’m travelling around the UK visiting 12 schools across the country, aiming to exercise with almost 10,000 kids in person 💙 I do a schools tour every year and it’s the highlight of my year 🙌 In each school we do a workout together, a Q&A and talk about the importance of moving our bodies to live happier, healthier lives. Over 8000 schools applied for a visit this year and I wish I could visit them all. Which schools should I visit next? ☺️
