my boys (17 & 15) are not easy, because im constantly battling toxic masculinity and the manosphere. however, discussed cornell7 with them the other day, and they both said before I even finished that all of them should be in jail. all 57. so my work and effort is working. but it's a constant fight against the flood.

If you are doing it right, raising boys is very hard. Extremely. And we have REAL conversations. (Mom of 3). I want them to be someone safe for any and all girls and women.

We have to teach our sons to watch their drinks, pay attention to their surroundings, no means NO, how to properly speak and treat females, and to protect them. It is not easier and it is just as hard if you are doing your job as a parent!

I have 2 sons and 2 daughters. Parenting is difficult. The difficulties in are in different areas. But gender doesn’t make it easier.

I have two boys, and people say to me “ah, you’re lucky, that’s going to be so easy!” And that always terrifies me…because it shows how prevalent the opinion that we don’t need to actually raise our boys is. I see it as a deep responsibility to raise men who are kind, proactive, and help dismantle the patriarchy- and that’s a big job.
