one of the youngsters at a barn i used to volunteer at shoved past me out of his stall and i yelled “SHIT” in front of a bunch of kids as i grabbed onto his mane and just ran with him. he eventually decided he didn’t like me pulling on his hair and let me lead him back to his stall. still by his mane. 😭

dont worry molly i was clipping my 10 handing pony who is usually an angel and i was behind him and he kicked out and skimmed my face and escaped do i grabed his hoof and he stopped and reared up and he escaped and we found him the next day in the field still in his clipping gear Xx -this is his face after being found-

It’s fine. One time a horse I was about to let into their pasture spooked, and I had the dumb, momentary decision to try and hang on..😭 tiny rope burn but learned not to do that
