Anybody who says Tupac wasn't a technical rapper never really listened to his music.

what's crazy is that during the 90s tupac was dissing jay z and to this day the same people he dissed are showing him respect. Just shows how special he was

Pac wasn’t short on wordplay, he was choosing not to hide behind it. He could twist words with the best of them, and had proved it plenty of times. But cleverness wasn’t the point; impact was. He wanted you thinking about what he said, not how cleverly he said it.

mind you Jay Z was among the last people 2pac dissed before he passed, so for him to give him his flowers publicly not only speaks to 2pacs legacy but also to jay z legacy as a legend who matured💪🏾💯

I always say, you can be lyrically skilled with double and triple entendres, wordplay, and metaphors, but if the message behind all that is weak and meaningless, a straightforward, literal rapper can beat you with simplicity when their words are powerful and carry weight and gems. That's why Tupac is still considered one of the best rappers of all time, with 1996 songs in 2026.

T.Jizzy :
Tupac was an Alchemist: a poet who wrote from the heart. He mined raw emotions and urban trauma from the depths of his being and the streets, distilled them into phrases that resonate globally, yet he allowed the visceral lava of that emotion to erupt through his words and vocal cadence and be felt. He distilled emotion without diluting the essence.
