The vehicle in the image is the **Otaman 6x6** (also spelled *Otaman* / *Отаман*), a Ukrainian armored fighting vehicle (AFV) / armored personnel carrier (APC) developed by the company **NGO Practika**. ### Key Features & Context * **Platform / Chassis:** Developed as a deep modernization option for older Soviet wheeled platforms (like the BTR series), featuring an upgraded layout, STANAG-rated ballistic protection, and an engine/transmission overhaul. * **Turret / Armament Variant shown:** In this specific configuration displayed at defense exhibitions (such as Arms and Security in Kyiv), the Otaman 6x6 is fitted with a **BMP-1 cone-style turret** armed with a **73mm 2A28 Grom smoothbore gun** and a coaxial machine gun. * **Design Intent:** NGO Practika showcased various turret configurations on the Otaman chassis—including remote weapon stations, heavier howitzer mounts, and recycled Soviet turrets (like the BMP-1 turret)—to offer an affordable fire-support upgrade for militaries with existing stockpiles of standard Soviet armament. #warthunder #ukraine #bewup #viral #viralvideo
