I have done the same thing and I used a non profit in PA did everything virtually they only charged 500$. My husband applied in march 2023 and got his visa April 2023.

We decided on the k1 visa in December 2023 and he got here October 2024. Took 6 months for his green card in 2025. Did all of the paperwork for both the k1 visa and green card myself. Brazil to USA. My now husband was also denied a tourist visa in 2024.

Awwww stay strong girly. Currently in the same situation, waiting for our consular interview now God willing. We started the whole process back in 2024. Hope that helps giving you more or less an idea of your waiting period. I know I used to go through so many videos to just get an idea of how long the wait. God is what has kept us standing. It’s not easy put with God anything is possible 🙌🏼🤍🇩🇴🇺🇸

Honey we applied in Dec 2024 the I-130 and the I-129F and still nothing. No movement the website just says received. I’m found recently I’m pregnant to and hope to bring my Dominican husband to the states with this visa. If not baby is going to be born in the DR. It’s so stressful but I know the Lord has it under control. So don’t give up hope either it will happen in his perfect time 💗

Can someone help… would like to file the I-30 but due to my fear of messing up the application I have yet to try to fill it out on my own, lawyers want a arm and leg and I’ve come across APPS that help you file for a fee, leaning on going with the app for a fee but still l so unsure and I’m trying to do the K3 as well seeing as I’ll be getting a heart valve replacement some time in 2027! How did you go about filing?

Me and hubby got married jan 2024 had our baby Oct 2024 🥹 i submitted his papers june 2024 after we finally decided it was the best option 2 years later waiting on interview last step (fingers crossed) it should be soon 🥹 my bby girl turns 2 tmrw and he wont be here for her birthday we miss him so much but we are just praying 🙏🏻 good luck to you 🩷

Went through the same process!!! But if you get a letter of for example if your pregnancy is high risk and apply for emergency medical help the process is less than a month if they approve you can text me if anything I can help

Wow same here! Our baby was born in January 2025! He watched via FaceTime 🥹 the I 130 was approved! Just waiting for Embassy appointment. Wish you the best, it’s been super hard for us. We first tried a finance visa back in 2023 denied. Then got married in 2024!
