@meghannmcuniff: A lawyer for the holdout juror in Lindsay Clancy's trial said today he being targeted "because his his decision and his his vote was different than everyone else." Lindsay Clancy's lawyer Kevin Reddington called the holdout juror in her murder trial "the obsturcitonist juror." His alwyer said today that Reddington is "attempting to take basically what everything how how the social media is playing out here and utilizing that." "Now, what I would like to try to do is avoid name calling. Avoid, you know, this isn't about the defense or the Commonwealth. This is about the justice system and how that is supposed to work," said Heather O'Connor. Reddington is seeking the juror's phone records, which O'Connor said she's objecting to through her motion that seeks the documents "that the defense is utilizing in order to obtain my client's information." Judge William Sullivan is to hear argument on Nov. 2. #law #court #crime
