Conductors are so in a hurry sometimes to close the door when so many passengers are still getting off and everybody going in. The conductor is to be blamed here. He probably didn't check.

these doors do not stop. one closed on me while i was getting on and i had to squeeze myself out. i had bruises for a while. they need the same sensors as elevators
