@timesaver_scrappy: The PvE Mode Will Be A Real Disaster In ARC Raiders — And Here's Why ⚠️🎯 Many players got excited about the introduction of a PvE mode, but this decision hides a lot of pitfalls that players do not even suspect. First, the game currently has too many mechanics that let you damage another Raider or set them up. For example, you can break a zipline someone is riding on, or lock them in with barricades in a room full of dangerous ARCs. Embark is unlikely to cut half the mechanics out of the game, so PvE mode will become a playground for abuse and rat traps. Second, the loot in PvE mode will be significantly reduced, which means the mode itself will lose its original value. To find or drop certain rare parts, peaceful players will still have to head into the regular PvPvE mode, which completely kills the whole PvE toggle concept. And most importantly — the action, the tension, and those absolute cinema moments the game is loved for will disappear in PvE mode.
