@jen_charlottee: This is the maternity leave I dreamed about... and after the NICU, it means even more. There were days when I would've given anything to trade the hospital room, monitors, wires, and uncertainty for something as simple as lying in my own bed nursing my baby. So today, nursing my newborn in bed while watching my setup play out on NQ, I couldn't help but think about how much has changed. One trade. $1,300 per account. Charts closed. But the money wasn't even the best part. The best part was looking down and realizing my baby was home, safe in my arms, and I didn't have to choose between being present for this season and continuing to build something for myself. THIS is why I learned to trade. Not to sit in front of charts all day-but to build a skill that could give me more ownership of my time. After the NICU, "freedom" has a whole different meaning.
