@avathefrequencyshift: Before doing practicing the quantum healing codes I’ve been going over, do this quick protocol to protect your energy!!! #quantumhealing

F E L I C I A ✨ :

Say in your mind, say to yourself: I am more than my physical body. Because I am more than physical matter, I can perceive that which is greater than the Physical world. Therefore, in these exercises, I deeply desire to Expand, to Experience; to Know, to Understand, to Control, to Use such greater energies and energy systems as may be beneficial and constructive to me and to those who follow me. Also during these exercises, I deeply desire the help and cooperation, the assistance, the understanding of those individuals whose wisdom, development and experience is equal or greater than my own. I ask their guidance and protection from any influence or any source that might provide me with less than my stated desires. I now protect myself as may be needed from such influence and reject any source that may restrain me from my stated desires.

frequency+amplitude :

The first step is to clear your mind, putting all unnecessary thoughts in your energy conversion box. Then you need to get the body in rhythm…humming. Then your affirmation, “I more than my physical body…”. Then, for protection, you create a resonant energy ballon (toroidal field) around your body. From here I usually jump into a focus level.

I think my ai called me a lot lizard

Gnarled Roots :

121164 is the code I always get. What does it mean????

jennybunnyyy111 :

Since they’ve made this public. Do you think it’s possible? It’s like the Bible, where there are some truths and some lies?

user54827254661703 :

Simplest is to connect to source/Creator of All That Is. The rest falls into place without a long drawn out affair/ritual/wordy-trying-2cover-it-all

Francis :

That says “first affirmation” is there a second one?

✨ @mber ✨ :

Thank you! But holy moly that is a mouthful to try and remember 🥴

I'm starting to the CIA has to much time on their hands.

RemainingZane :

Spirit Guides, acting in my highest interest, please place a ring of protection around me. Thank you.

Enigma :

Do that but only ask for knowledge from God that He wants you to have otherwise you're inviting entities into your space. Dark entities need your legal permission in the spiritual realm to enter your space. 😇

Awakened2025 :

I really appreciate your content! Thank you!

gonza 🛸 :

I remember doing the gateway tapes (cannot find them now) and this was the affirmation you'd say to yourself before starting each tape

Spirit Speaking 🔮🦋💫 :

Thank you for your good work! 💫

Gnarled Roots :

I say that all the time.

jenna_swirly :

You don’t have to even do that, visualizing that you are surrounded by your ancestors and guides of the light bodies and you know they protect you from misalignment. Visualizing your bubble field of energy that encircles your body as glowing as bright as your guides and fueled by them, then you don’t need to speak the words, concept is more than spoken spells. It is intention. Meditating on the intention for a few minutes. Magic isn’t that complicated.

tilly_not_matilda :

None of this worked for me. Even a basic pain code 😭

selena • lasso the stars ✨ :

The first and second affirmations are on the second page. You HAVE to state that the channel will be closed unless you consciously open it, unless you are consciously closing the channel in another way.
