Remember when interest rates were 3-4% five years ago and people were told to get an ARM? I bet those people are regretting it now. I feel like the ARM only really makes sense if you know you’re gonna sell the house within then next 7 years

I wish more people would listen to you! I did this exact thing when I bought my house in 2023. Rates were still wild then and I got a lower rate with an arm. My payment is still pretty high but I got 101% financing also so 😅
