Tlou doesn’t have individual hair strand physics. Tomb raider 2013 was the first ever game to have individual hair strand physics and two other tomb raider games (2015 & 2018)

A linear game will always have better graphics than an open world game. The fact that GTA6 has this quality of graphics even when it’s an open world game is impressive.
