Easy to look like a green but you will spend thousands on sprays each month. You need to replace soil add irrigation and drainage before. 1k per month per green in sprays and fertiliser. Go Astro turf cheaper and easier to maintain.

You’d need to scalp and scarify it then level it with sand and soil and then seed it and water but you’d have to buy a reel mover

to make a real putting green, will cost you about 10 grand plus you need a special lawn mower for cutting greens which are about 10 to 15 grand then it takes a lot of work,
