Pumping mama here! The bags are not accurate at all! I learned the hard way defrosting and it being not even close to the bag measurement. Dump the milk into a bottle for a measurement and then into the bag!

I used to rotate between non-alcoholic beer, carrot juice and Mothers Milk tea. They all worked at increasing milk production.

I should of did this it hurted so bad My Grandma Had to put Cabbage on My Breast and milk was everywhere but My Daughter Never Gets sick ever no colds nothing!

When he come u finna have a good milk supply just keep yourself hydrated the bubbles is just from it dripping in the pump , turning into actual milk
