the mom was responsible since she was supposed to drop them off and never did. One of the father's was the reason she got caught..if he didn't care he wouldn't have called. She was on her way back not barely going..3 days without an adult

This is so very sad. Come on‼️Leaving teenagers home alone can be challenging enough but leaving babies and young children home alone for 48 hours is indefensible. Kudos to the judge for prioritizing the children’s safety. The primary guardian should be completely responsible. Shame on the attorney for attempting to minimize the seriousness of it. No cruise is worth gambling with your children’s safety.
