The children are protesting because in some schools there are 40 pupils per class and not enough desks for all of them. They also don't have working toilets, don't have teachers, less than 30mins for lunch despite having classes from 8am to 6pm, and some of them don't even have access to drinkable water. And instead of listening, the government is sending harmed riot police and dogs to attack the children. They're 100% right to be protesting, and other countries should shame France for not respecting children's right to education.
