Would you drop to a lower dose if twice a week? I’m currently on 2.5mg and have been for 8 weeks now but weight loss is slowing down. I didn’t know whether to up and stay at once a week or go lower twice a week?

Today was only my second dose, how ever.. I feel like twice a week could be just as, if not effective but if you were say on 2mg a week would you take 1mg twice a week?
