Laura :
As a psychology student, I really wished we learned about Al ghazali and other Muslim scholars. Their knowledge is so valuable to research, even till this day! The most I learn about the psyche, the Brain, the body and mind, the more I am convinced that the soul and spirit plays a part in this science.

‘Your state of mind is your reality’ , have empathy, gratitude, love, kindness, humanity to self and the ones around. Watch how your soul feels full of life & brimmed with love naturally. Also, four agreements touches on these subjects, i) be impeccable with your word ii) don’t take anything personally iii) don’t make assumptions iv) always do your best

This is literally why I'm not impressed by anything psychologists in the West have done because the chances are somebody in the Middle East or Asia likely figured it out thousand years before

Hujjat Al-Islam, considered the reviewer of his time as mention in the Hadith that every 100 years there would be a reviver of the deen. Imam Al-Haramain Juwayni his teacher is equally if not more impressive

The life story of Al ghazali is also very interesting. I love his spiritual journey. Alghazali is very underrated and misunderstood in my opinion.

And he claimed ibn Sina and ibn Farabi were unbelievers. I know a lot of people hail him. But go read the confessions of al-Ghazali. It makes no sense. No way this guy could have been great!
