Both Hadiths are talking about a duff. And the voice isn’t awrah in all 4 madhabs. And most countries you showed are democratic. And even if they were a muslim country it all comes to hakimiyyah! Ibn Rajab al-Ḥanbalī says: As for listening to the delightful musical instruments (ālāt al-malāhī al-muṭribah) adopted from the non-Arabs, it is prohibited (muḥarram) by a consensus (mujmaʿ) on its prohibition. No permission or concession (rukhṣah) regarding it is known from any one of them [the scholars]. Anyone who narrates a concession concerning it from an authority whose opinion carries weight has indeed lied and fabricated.
