@carina.wolff: #ad honey jalapeño grilled cheese with spiced tomato soup, made with @Cacique shredded cheese for that insaneee cheese pull the grilled cheese is a mix of Cacique Queso Quesadilla Shredded Cheese, pickled jalapeño, and honey. I made the tomato soup with some Cacique Crema Mexicana and sprinkled some Cacique Queso Cotija Grated Cheese on top! I bought the Cacique cheeses at my local Food 4 Less ❤️ recipe (serves 2) 4 slices sourdough bread 1 1/2 cups Queso Quesadilla Shredded cheese 1/4 cup finely chopped jarred jalapeño 2 teaspoons honey Mayonnaise Butter Soup 3 cups cherry tomatoes 1 red onion, cut into 2-inch chunks 1 head of garlic, excess paper removed and top cut off to reveal cloves 2 tablespoons olive oil Pinch of Mexican oregano 2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/4 teaspoon chili powder 1/3 cup Crema Mexicana, plus more to top Queso Cotija Grated Cheese, to top Cilantro, for garnish 1. Preheat oven to 400 F. In a baking dish, combine tomatoes, red onion, olive oil, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Wrap the garlic in foil, and nestle in. Transfer to the oven, and bake for 45 minutes. 2. Add everything to a pot or Dutch oven, making sure to squeeze the garlic cloves out of the paper. (If you don't have an immersion blender, add everything to a high-speed blender). Add the vegetable broth, cumin and chili powder, and Crema Mexicana, and blend with an immersion blender (or in your blender cup) until smooth. In the pot, heat the soup on medium heat until warm and bubbling. Reduce to low while you make your grilled cheese. 3. In a small bowl, combine the Queso Quesadilla Shredded Cheese, jalapeño and honey. Spread the outside of each sourdough slice with mayonnaise. Add the grilled cheese mixture to the inside of one slice of bread, and cover it with the other, making sure the mayo is on the outside. 4. Heat up a nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add about 1/2 tbsp butter, and then add the sandwich. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted. Drizzle on a little more honey on top. 5. Serve the soup topped with more Crema Mexicana, cilantro, and Queso Cotija Grated Cheese. #Cacique #CaciquePartner

Before streaming, before social media, there were three names that helped shape the places where generations found their favorite cartoons. 📺❤️ Vivian Horner was the educator who conceived the idea that became Nickelodeon and created Pinwheel, the program that helped launch the network nationally in 1979. The Nicktoons explosion came years later, but the channel itself started with her vision for television made specifically for kids. Some of Nickelodeon’s biggest animated legacies: • SpongeBob SquarePants • Avatar: The Last Airbender • Rugrats • The Fairly OddParents • Danny Phantom • The Loud House Ted Turner built a cable empire and launched Cartoon Network in 1992, creating a dedicated home for animation that eventually became famous for both classic cartoons and groundbreaking originals. Turner passed away in May 2026 at 87. Some of Cartoon Network’s defining shows: • Dexter’s Laboratory • The Powerpuff Girls • Ed, Edd n Eddy • Courage the Cowardly Dog • Samurai Jack • Adventure Time Walt Disney did not personally found Disney Channel, which launched in 1983, 17 years after his death. But he created the company and animation tradition that ultimately made the channel possible, establishing a storytelling empire built around characters, imagination and family entertainment. Some of Disney Channel’s biggest animated favorites: • Kim Possible • Phineas and Ferb • Gravity Falls • The Proud Family • Lilo & Stitch: The Series Different visions. Different generations. But together, their legacies helped create the places where millions of kids discovered their favorite cartoons. The people may be gone, but Saturday mornings, after-school TV and childhood memories still carry what they started. ❤️
