You just have to be nice and use words of affirmation, like “STOP DRYING SO FAST” and “I SWEAR IF YOU DONT BLEND RN IM LIGHTING THIS ON FIRE”. That usually works for me.

Mostly just looks like the paintbrush is still a bit too wet, perhaps thin paints as well. I worked with them a lot in school, here's my most recent acrylic painting for credentials lol:
