Fool proof browned butter in the oven 🥰 The easiest way to make brown butter. Less stress, easy to bulk, harder to burn. It’s my favorite way to make it these days and I hope yours too! Here’s a good baking guide. Bake at 350 2-4 sticks - 20-30 4-8- 340-50 10+ 1hr I always stir mine every 20 minutes while baking it to evenly distribute the milk solids. Look for golden brown flecks and a nutty smell! And bonus: your whole house will smell amazing! 😻 Many of my recipes are always formulated to use brown butter; so see my website for some great recipes! Or you can try it in your favorite recipe! Here’s a good guide for that: 1 regular stick weighs 113g 1 browned butter stick weighs 90g So either brown extra butter (usually 1/4 —1/2 stick per cup) works so you can measure 113g brown end butter or make up for the extra liquid lost with water, milk, coffee, juice, or other options.
