I go through the samething, sometimes we have to go through same thing. I think mind, body, and soul just can't hold it down any more. So it comes up here and there. You handle it when it comes. Please get a good therapist and maybe you may need medicine while your healing. Eat clean, try not to drink alcohol, exercise, go outside and be with nature and get at least 20 minutes of sunlight. Journal your feeling. Meditation and 🙏 pray. Bless you
