I’m so grateful to you. You’ve definitely raised the bar of afternoon tea in Ontario.

I’m surprised you rated it so high. I would not be impressed with the cold savouries.

As a charcuterie and snack board fan, $70 seems high for what he got. It also looks like it was haphazardly slapped together with little thought. Though there does seem to be a good variety of items. I'm going to assume that the big round brown thing in the middle is a marinated egg. It should be cut in half for better presentation and ease of eating. All the ingredients look good though.

I believe cold quiche is a British thing. While traveling in England I was totally surprised when the quiche I ordered was cold!

It’s become a tradition to show my boyfriend your videos, he is very enthusiastic about these reviews as much as I am. We went to Abigail’s in St. George in February after seeing your recommendation (loved!!) And we will be going here next weekend and staying in the hotel as it’s absolutley adorable !! I loved the part of how your husband makes every experience perfect because I very much agree, the person you take with you adds to the experience ❤️

I’ve never gone out for tea before but I watch every one of these and I’m always so happy when you get real clotted cream even though I’ve never had that either

$15-$20 of that charcuterie cost is probably the scotch. It’s always so inflated 😳

I worked here briefly in the pastry kitchen which did all the assembly of the afternoon tea items. The room off the side of the tea room is where the tea items get put onto the serving tray. I don't think they have an oven or anything to keep food warm in there unfortunately.

Would it be poor etiquette to ask that something like that be served warm if you see it on the menu?
